Varsity Swim Excels at Small Schools Championship

The Chandler Prep Varsity Swim Team delivered a strong performance at the Small Schools Championship this past Saturday. The men’s team earned 3rd place overall out of 26 teams, while the women’s team finished 5th out of 21 teams.

Congratulations to the men’s 200 free relay team — Alp Cetegen, James Thomas, Jaxton Britain, and Peter Hendricks — for breaking the school record with a time of 1:36.02.

James Thomas took home 1st place in the 500 freestyle, and the girls 200 free relay team of Miki Dunmar, Ingrid Hansen, Makayla McArthur, and Molly Hendricks secured an impressive 2nd place finish.

The Titans now head to Tucson for their final invitational of the season. Go Titans!
