Chandler Prep Middle School Winter Sports

Winter sports are almost here, and that means it’s time to get your athlete cleared for tryouts and competition.

Middle School Winter Sports Offered

Important Dates

• First Day of Practices/Tryouts: Monday, November 10
• Games Begin: Monday, December 1
• Tennis Championships: Friday, January 30
• Playoffs (Baseball, Softball, Soccer): February 2–6

Clearance Requirements

No student-athlete will be allowed to attend tryouts or participate in any team activity until both of the following are completed and approved by the Chandler Prep Athletics Department:

1. All required forms must be uploaded and approved through BigTeams.
2. The winter sports payment must be received in full. Please use the following link to make your payment: https://chandlerprep.configio.com/search?cid=381

If either of these steps is incomplete, your athlete will not be allowed to try out, practice, or compete—no exceptions.

How to Complete Registration

Step 1: Set up BigTeams Accounts
Both parent and student must create separate accounts and link them. Use the student’s official name, date of birth, and graduation year as listed in school records.
Visit www.BigTeams.com. See the attached QR codes for a step-by-step guide on creating a parent and student account.

Step 2: Upload AIA Physical Form
Schedule a physical exam if you haven’t already. The required AIA 2025–26 Physical Form is attached to this email and must be completed and uploaded into your BigTeams account. This form must be signed by a medical provider and is required for participation.

Step 3: Make the Winter Sports Payment
Pay online at: https://chandlerprep.configio.com/. Payment must be completed before your athlete can attend tryouts.

Step 4: Wait for Final Clearance
You will receive confirmation once all forms and payments have been approved. Only then is your athlete eligible for tryouts.
